No outside food is allowed in the building, except for\u00a0<strong>water and formula\/breastmilk<\/strong>. A\u00a0<strong>Kosher cafe is available on-site<\/strong>\u00a0for snacks, coffee and treats! Shoes must be removed before entering the play space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/www.napsandnovels.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/image-3.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-677\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Class Descriptions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2728&nbsp;<strong>Mini Play Explorers (Ages 14+ months) \u2013 Wednesdays 10:15\u201311:00 AM<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each week, little ones and their grown-ups will explore different types of play including heuristic play, sensory play, music and movement, fine and gross motor activities, and early play schemas. This class is designed to empower caregivers with simple, purposeful play ideas to try at home during wake windows. Expect a fun and engaging circle time led by Alexa and hands-on caregiver participation throughout. Generally, this class will be mess-free with the occasional messy centre. Please bring diapers, wipes and a change of clothes just in case!<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udc23&nbsp;<strong>Baby Play Explorers (Ages 3\u201312 months) \u2013 Wednesdays 11:30 AM\u201312:15 PM<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This class offers age-appropriate exploration for our tiniest learners, with a focus on sensory play, tummy time, visual tracking, movement, and early developmental foundations. Each week highlights a different kind of play to help parents feel confident supporting their baby\u2019s growth and bonding during playtime. Like Mini Play Explorers, this class sets the stage for future literacy and learning skills through joyful, meaningful play. Generally, this class will be mess free, with the occasional messy centre. Please bring diapers, wipes and a change of clothes just in case! <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udfa8&nbsp;<strong>Little Artists (Ages 3\u20134 years, Drop-Off) \u2013 Wednesdays 3:00\u20133:45 PM<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this drop-off class, preschoolers will explore a new art technique or medium each week \u2014 from printmaking to painting to collage \u2014 with a focus on process over product. Through creative expression, children build fine motor skills and early pre-writing foundations in a playful, hands-on way. Messes are welcome and creativity is encouraged! Please bring a water bottle, dress for mess, and ensure your child is fully potty trained. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\uddea&nbsp;<strong>Mini Sensory Lab (Ages 14+ months) \u2013 Thursdays 10:15\u201311:00 AM<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Get ready to explore a variety of sensory stations and tough trays filled with water, loose parts, taste-safe textures, and more. Children will move at their own pace through messy, immersive play experiences that support sensory processing and early development. Each class ends with a short, joyful circle time. Please bring a change of clothes for your child and an extra pair of socks for yourself \u2014 and be ready to get messy!<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udc76&nbsp;<strong>Baby Sensory Lab (Ages 6\u201312 months) \u2013 Thursdays 11:30 AM\u201312:15 PM<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A gentle, baby-friendly version of our sensory lab, designed especially for curious little explorers who are just discovering their world through touch, sight, and sound. Babies will explore stimulating but safe materials and trays \u2014 with careful attention to mouthing and safety \u2014 while bonding with caregivers. Each class provides rich developmental experiences through sensory play and ends with a cozy circle. Please bring a change of clothes and come prepared for a bit of mess!<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2721&nbsp;<strong>Shabbat Feeling \u2013 Fridays (Ages 14+ months: 10:15\u201311:00 AM \/ Ages 3\u201312 months: 11:30\u201312:15 PM)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A warm, joyful celebration of Shabbat through music, movement, and sensory experiences. With blessings, singing, dancing, and a beautiful Shabbat circle, this class helps connect families to tradition and community in a playful, interactive way. Caregivers are invited to participate \u2014 and grandparents, aunts, and uncles are always welcome!
